Question 1: I forgot my email, what do I do?
- Select the forgot email link.
- Enter your Member ID. If you don’t know your Member ID, please visit the front desk of any Blink location for assistance.
- You will see a masked email associated with your Member ID. johnsmith@gmail.com will display as j*******h@gmail.com.
- Select the “Back to Login” button to go back to the login screen.
- Try to log in with the email address that was provided.
Question 2: What if I can no longer access my email?
- Visit the front desk of any Blink location for assistance to update your email.
