Standard cancellation terms apply including notice periods and buy-out fees where applicable. For information regarding Blink’s cancellation policies and to understand what your cancellation payments will be, please review the Terms and Conditions of your membership agreement and/or the cancellation description found in Blink’s FAQs.
If you: a) have any questions regarding the amount you may be charged for cancellation, b) are canceling an agreement you purchased in the last 3-5 days or c) satisfy an exception to Blink’s standard cancellation policy, do not complete this form, please contact Blink Member Services at cancellations@blinkfitness.com.
